ason Hartman is currently a Regional Manufacturing Technology Engineer supporting Cargill’s North American chocolate business. He earned his Chemical Engineering degree from Kansas State University and started working for Cargill directly after graduation. He is grateful to have built his career entirely within Cargill by leading teams in a diverse number of plant operations roles including production management, project management, facility leadership, maintenance management, reliability leadership, and manufacturing engineering. During his career, Jason has worked in 4 different businesses within Cargill across 6 different sites in 3 different states. Jason enjoys coaching youth soccer to complement his leadership skills. His coaching experience includes over 14 years developing boys and girls from 6-19 years old on competitive soccer teams.
