Mr. Donald Yates is a senior manufacturing executive with more than 40 years’ experience spearheading the rapid and sustained growth of leading manufacturing organizations. Mr. Yates gained his expertise in lean manufacturing by building effective teams, and formulating strategic reliability plans during his extraordinarily successful career in several leadership roles. Specifically in a long career of 29 years, Mr. Yates directed and managed Eastman Kodak’s Chemical Manufacturing Unit, was Plant Manager for the Polymer (PET) manufacturing Division. He was considered a pioneer in the utilization of CMMS, Predictive Maintenance, and Precision Maintenance Methodologies and is now considered a Subject Matter Expert.
