Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and an associate degree in business and psychology from North Dakota State University. In his current role, he is responsible for owning and leading the reliability excellence primary value stream. Rick is an active member and Past-Chairperson for Board of Directors of the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and also twice the Certification Organization (SMRPCO). Rick also served as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice Chair for both organizations. Rick currently sits on the board as the Vice-Chair of SMRP and participant for the SMRP Government Relations Committee.
