Randy holds a degree in Industrial Electronics and Electricity, CMRP certification and was past Conference Chair of 2017 SMRP conference and Board Member of Majestic Outdoors. Presently working at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama the last 19 years with numerous roles with prior experience in the steel industry and foundry’s. He believes in doing the job the right way the first time and equipping maintenance with the knowledge to understand the equipment or processes.
